International Migrants Day is commemorated on December 18 as declared by the General Assembly of the United Nations on 4 December 2000 considering the large and multiplying number of migrants all over the world.  To mark this day, Migrant Connections Taranaki is having a celebration at the St Andrews Church hall on  Liardet street on Friday 16th December from 6:30pm to 8:30pm
